Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

ScalerForce ("ScalerForce", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you access our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service").

ScalerForce provides workflow management, scheduling, and productivity software designed to help professionals manage leads, activities, communications, and scheduling.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy does not apply to third-party services that may be linked or integrated with the Service.

  • Account login credentials
  • Organization or team affiliation
  • Billing and subscription information
  • Communications with us (support inquiries, feedback)
  • Data entered into the platform such as contacts, leads, notes, or workflow information

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information including:

This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2.3 Contact, Lead, and Prospect Information

Users of the Service may store and manage contact information related to leads, prospects, clients, or business contacts.

In these cases:

  • The user is the data controller
  • ScalerForce acts as a data processor / service provider
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to collect and use this information

ScalerForce processes such information solely to provide the Service.

2.4 SMS Messaging and Consent

ScalerForce may enable users of the Service to send SMS messages to their contacts for purposes such as meeting confirmations, event invitations, and related follow-up communications.

ScalerForce does not send unsolicited messages. SMS messages are only sent after the recipient has explicitly agreed to receive communication from the user of the Service.

In most cases, consent is obtained directly by the user (e.g., the Financial Professional) through a one-to-one interaction, such as in person, by phone, or via direct messaging, prior to sending any SMS message through the Service.

By using ScalerForce to send SMS messages, users represent and warrant that:

  • They have obtained prior express consent from the recipient to receive such messages
  • The recipient has agreed to receive communication related to a specific meeting, event, or business interaction
  • The recipient's contact information was collected lawfully

SMS messages sent through the Service may include:

  • Meeting confirmations
  • Event invitations
  • Scheduling details
  • Follow-up reminders related to a requested interaction

All SMS messages include clear instructions for opting out. Recipients may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

ScalerForce acts as a service provider and does not control the content or recipients of messages sent by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their messaging practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consent and communications.

3. Calendar Files (.ics)

When a user schedules a meeting through the Service, ScalerForce generates a calendar file (.ics) describing the meeting. This file is delivered to the user and to meeting attendees by email and SMS so that they can add the meeting to their own calendar of choice.

ScalerForce does not connect to, read from, or write to any user's personal calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, or otherwise). No OAuth credentials, push-notification subscriptions, or other forms of calendar access are requested or stored.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Enable platform features such as scheduling, workflow management, and activity tracking
  • Generate calendar files (.ics) for meetings scheduled through the Service so that users and attendees can add the meeting to a calendar of their choice, and send scheduling-related SMS reminders and notifications
