ScalerForce may enable users of the Service to send SMS messages to their contacts for purposes such as meeting confirmations, event invitations, and related follow-up communications.

ScalerForce does not send unsolicited messages. SMS messages are only sent after the recipient has explicitly agreed to receive communication from the user of the Service.

In most cases, consent is obtained directly by the user (e.g., the Financial Professional) through a one-to-one interaction, such as in person, by phone, or via direct messaging, prior to sending any SMS message through the Service.

By using ScalerForce to send SMS messages, users represent and warrant that:

• They have obtained prior express consent from the recipient to receive such messages
• The recipient has agreed to receive communication related to a specific meeting, event, or business interaction
• The recipient's contact information was collected lawfully

SMS messages sent through the Service may include:

• Meeting confirmations
• Event invitations
• Scheduling details
• Follow-up reminders related to a requested interaction

All SMS messages include clear instructions for opting out. Recipients may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

ScalerForce acts as a service provider and does not control the content or recipients of messages sent by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their messaging practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consent and communications.

3. Google User Data and Google Calendar API Usage

ScalerForce may allow users to connect their Google account to enable calendar scheduling and synchronization features.

When a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, ScalerForce may request permission to access Google Calendar data through the Google Calendar API.

Specifically, we request the following permissions:

• calendar.events — to create calendar events on your behalf when you schedule meetings through the Service
• userinfo.email — to access your Google account email address in order to identify the connected account

We only access calendar information necessary to perform these functions.

We securely store authentication credentials (OAuth tokens) necessary to maintain your calendar connection. These credentials are used solely to authorize requests to Google Calendar on your behalf.

ScalerForce does not access, read, store, or analyze unrelated calendar data beyond what is required to create events initiated by the user.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ScalerForce's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-visible features of the Service
• Google user data is not sold
• Google user data is not used for advertising
• Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service
• Google user data is not used for AI or machine learning model training

Access to Google data is restricted to the minimum required to operate the Service.
