ScalerForce ("ScalerForce", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you access our website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service").
ScalerForce provides workflow management, scheduling, and productivity software designed to help professionals manage leads, activities, communications, and scheduling.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
This policy does not apply to third-party services that may be linked or integrated with the Service.
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when registering for or using the Service, including:
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information including:
This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Session interaction metadata, including clicks, scroll depth, navigation timing, and error telemetry. All text content rendered in the interface — including contact and prospect information — is masked on your device before being transmitted and is never stored by our analytics provider.
Users of the Service may store and manage contact information related to prospects, clients, recruits, or other business contacts.
In these cases:
Certain features of the Service are designed to facilitate collaboration, coaching, mentoring, reporting, accountability, compliance, recruiting, business management, and organizational oversight within an organization.
If a user creates, joins, or is invited to join an organization, team, or upline hierarchy within the Service, the user acknowledges and agrees that certain information relating to their account may be visible to authorized members of their upline as part of the normal functionality of the Service.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "upline" means every authorized user within the organizational hierarchy above the user's account, whether directly or indirectly, including the user's direct recruiter, that recruiter's recruiter, and all higher levels of the organizational hierarchy.
Information that may be shared with authorized members of a user's upline includes, without limitation:
Phone numbers and email addresses are not shared with authorized members of the upline through the standard functionality of the Service unless expressly authorized by the applicable user or through features specifically designed to share such information, including the "Request Upline Help" functionality.
Such information is shared solely to provide the collaborative functionality of the Service, including coaching, mentoring, recruiting, reporting, accountability, compliance, business management, and organizational oversight.
ScalerForce does not contact, solicit, market to, sell, rent, or otherwise use the contacts, leads, prospects, recruits, or other information uploaded to the Service for any purpose other than providing the Service. As your data processor, we act only on your instructions. Any marketing communications from ScalerForce are sent solely to registered account holders and never to the contacts, prospects, or recruits whose information is stored within the Service.
ScalerForce may enable users of the Service to send SMS messages to their contacts for purposes such as meeting confirmations, event invitations, and related follow-up communications.
ScalerForce does not send unsolicited messages. SMS messages are only sent after the recipient has explicitly agreed to receive communication from the user of the Service.
In most cases, consent is obtained directly by the user (e.g., the Financial Professional) through a one-to-one interaction, such as in person, by phone, or via direct messaging, prior to sending any SMS message through the Service.
By using ScalerForce to send SMS messages, users represent and warrant that:
SMS messages sent through the Service may include:
All SMS messages include clear instructions for opting out. Recipients may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
ScalerForce acts as a service provider and does not control the content or recipients of messages sent by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their messaging practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consent and communications.
When a user schedules a meeting through the Service, ScalerForce generates a calendar file (.ics) describing the meeting. This file is delivered to the user and to meeting attendees by email and SMS so that they can add the meeting to their own calendar of choice. This is the default and requires no calendar connection.
A user may optionally connect their Google Calendar so that meetings scheduled through the Service appear automatically on their calendar. This connection is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time from the user's profile.
If a user connects Google Calendar, ScalerForce requests the calendar.app.created OAuth scope and the user's account email address. Under this scope, ScalerForce can only create its own dedicated ScalerForce calendars and manage the events it places on them. ScalerForce:
ScalerForce's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use collected information to:
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only as necessary to provide the Service, at your direction, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
We rely on the following third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to operate the Service:
These providers are contractually obligated to protect information and use it only to provide services to ScalerForce. We will update this list as our sub-processors change.
We may disclose information when required to:
If ScalerForce is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
The Service allows an account holder to grant other individuals (such as an assistant or team member) access to their account. When access is granted, the authorized individual can view and act on all information within that account, including contact, lead, and prospect information.
The account holder is responsible for who they grant access to and for revoking access when it is no longer needed. ScalerForce provides tools to grant and revoke this access at any time.
If you choose to create, join, or connect your account to an organization, team, or upline hierarchy within the Service, ScalerForce shares User Data and User Activity with authorized members of that organization's upline hierarchy as necessary to provide the collaborative functionality of the Service.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "upline hierarchy" means every authorized user within the organizational hierarchy above a user's account, whether directly or indirectly, including the user's direct recruiter, that recruiter's recruiter, and all higher levels of the organization.
Information that may be shared with authorized members of the upline hierarchy includes, without limitation, User Data, User Activity, prospect information, workflow information, recruiting information, production information, onboarding information, meeting information, notes, tasks, pipeline information, performance information, and other business-related information generated through or entered into the Service.
If a user invites, sponsors, recruits, or otherwise causes another individual to create an account within the Service, and that individual joins the same organization, the recruited user's User Data, User Activity, prospect information, and other information generated through or entered into the Service may likewise be shared with all authorized members of that recruited user's upline hierarchy, including the sponsoring user and every authorized user above the sponsoring user within the organizational hierarchy, as part of the normal functionality of the Service.
Such sharing is performed solely to provide the features and functionality of the Service and occurs at the direction of users through their organizational and account configuration. ScalerForce does not independently determine organizational relationships or which authorized users are permitted to access such information.
Phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from this organizational sharing through the standard functionality of the Service unless expressly authorized by the applicable user or shared through a feature specifically designed for that purpose, including the "Request Upline Help" functionality.
ScalerForce implements administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
