As part of ScalerForce’s service business, ScalerForce sends SMS messages to our customers (Financial Agents) who have explicitly agreed to receive SMS messages regarding their insurance licensing, examinations, applications, pending tasks, and policy-related tasks.
Consent is collected directly by the Financial Professional during a one-to-one conversation (in person or phone) using a standardized verbal consent script.
